Everyone from the staff was efficient. We really enjoyed the facilities and the food and acceptable prices.

located in 1 mile from palexpo. the hotel was so close to gare de genève-sécheron train station. best hostel experience.

The bathroom was disgusting.

The hotel is very close to the airport and easy access to the city centre (bus 10). The receptionist was very-very helpful and kind. Large room, good price in Geneva terms. Free shuttle to the airport. Free coffe and tea in the room.

The rooms looking to the main street are a bit noisy, but ok. The walls are a bit thin (if your neigburs turn on the volume of the tv, which happened.)

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the airport with free shuttle service. Excellent connection to the city centre with frequent bus services and free day tickets provided by the hotel staff. Quiet and clean room. Free Wi-Fi with great reception.

Toilets/showers could do with a little renovation, but were perfectly functional and clean.

The staff were excellent, polite, and offered to take care of my bag as I went into Geneva on business so I could collect again en route back to the airport which is about 10 mins walk away. The price of this hotel in a city that is so expensive is a real bargain. Nearby on the other side of the road is an excellent Iranian restaurant. You have a large room, a sofa, a safe, a hairdryer, a clothes horse all at a very low price for one of the most expesnive cities in the world! 2 mins walk to the bus stop to the no .10 bus to Geneva.

Location is a bit odd as hotel forms part of a business block but what is the problem with that? None that I could see. If you want a more conventional experience go to the Etap a few metres down the road on the other side but then you do not get the nice staff, the space, the comfy bed, the hairdryer, the safe etc. The expereince I had was the best budget hotel in Geneva and there ar very few of them. By contrast the Nash the other hotel within walking distance of the airport is nowhere near so good.

The service quite bad.we arrived to airport and the driver for shuttle was not standby to pick us up so we have to take taxi which quite expensive and once we arrive because its Sunday,everything are close so we have to find the elevator to take our luggageS up to the reception.its take us an hour to settle for elevator because it office building so the door to enter the elevator was close,we have to wait for some workers from the building open which they are not from the hotel and hold on to the door to keep open.so recommend not to check in to this Hotel on Sunday.

Needed somewhere cheap in a hurry and near the airport and the Phoenix looked the best value. Airport shuttle was very useful. Hotel duty manager was superb.
